Huawei just released a new poster today to announce a new entry-level launch in the HUAWEI Y Series, the HUAWEI Y7a. From what we can see on the poster, the new HUAWEI Y7a will come with a standout feature – super-fast charging. This is another addition to the HUAWEI Y series that comes with super-fast charging alongside the HUAWEI Y9a that was released not long ago. With that in mind, HUAWEI Y7a is expected to be another entry-level hit in the second half of 2020.
HUAWEI SuperCharge has always been available in Huawei’s higher end models. With this feature, your phone battery can be fully charged in around an hour – something entry level models have missed out on. The higher demand for a longer battery life calls higher charging efficiencies as well.
This time around, Huawei brings its HUAWEI SuperCharge tech to entry level models so that HUAWEI Y7a users won’t miss out on the perks of super-fast charging. Based on the specifications of the recently launched HUAWEI Y9a, we can speculate that the HUAWEI Y7a will likely also be equipped with the same 22.5W SuperCharge. Compared with most entry-level models currently on the market are only equipped with 18W fast charging. If the HUAWEI Y7a comes with 22.5W SuperCharge as anticipated, then it will be powered up in no time compared to the others. In that case, it will definitely stand out along its competitors at the same category.
