Huawei Consumer Business Group today announced the launch of two new entrants to Y series, the HUAWEI Y6p and the Huawei Y5p, in Lebanon. This line-up of the Y Series brings together the technological prowess of Huawei’s premium devices, and offers them at competitive price points. With these smartphones, Huawei is aiming to revolutionize the entry-level segment by bringing in a plethora of remarkable features packed in each device.

Embedded in the HUAWEI Y6p is a large 5000mAh battery that works in harmony with Huawei’s proprietary Power Saving mode to support even the most demanding power users with an extraordinary battery life. On a single charge, the HUAWEI Y6p can provide up to 32 hours of video playback[2]. Featuring narrow bezels on the two sides, the 18:9 HD+ (1440×720) panel provides an optimal experience that is especially suited for consuming multimedia content, while allowing it to remain highly compact. The Arc design complements the form factor to ensure a comfortable grip even over long periods of one-handed use. The HUAWEI Y5p is available in three colours: Midnight Black, Phantom Blue and Mint Green.
HUAWEI Y6p and Y5p have pre-installed with AppGallery. On Huawei’s official app marketplace, users can download a wide selection of global and localised apps, and enjoy a rich library of quality entertainment media on HUAWEI Video, HUAWEI Music and HUAWEI Reader[6], with new content from top providers being added on a continuous basis.
