Fouquet’s Dubai, synonymous with French elegance, invites you to savor the festive spirit with the Magical Paris x Dubai Yule Log. Available until January 6th, 2024, this delectable creation (AED 690) is a joint venture by Anthony Coquereau, Pastry Chef of Fouquet’s Paris, and Hugo Sipp, the Pastry Chef of Fouquet’s Dubai.

The Yule log takes on the allure of the hotel’s emblematic façade, a white chocolate reproduction distinguished by its sophisticated design and generosity. Note that in this creation, everything can be eaten! Each floor of this chocolate structure reveals gourmet surprises, offering a rich and varied taste experience.
In honor of its 125th anniversary, Fouquet’s Paris collaborates with Fouquet’s Dubai to craft a Yule Log capturing the essence of Paris. Designed for 6-8 people, this dessert reflects the legacy, passion, and culinary craftsmanship of Chefs Anthony Coquereau and Hugo Sipp.
Chef Anthony Coquereau, a Parisian confectionary virtuoso, previously served as the pastry sous chef to François Daubinet at Fauchon. Chef Hugo Sipp, hailing from Strasbourg and Pastry Chef at Fouquet’s Dubai, brings expertise from renowned Côte d’Azur hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
The Paris x Dubai Yule Log is more than dessert; it’s an immersive and playful experience, complete with a note guiding diners through assembly. Crafted with precision, it pays homage to the iconic Fouquet’s Paris facade, featuring layers of Alsatian Christmas cakes, hazelnut, and lemon delights, presented tableside for a touch of culinary theatre.
The Yule log is in the shape of Hotel Fouquet’s Paris, located at 99 avenue des Champs-Elysées. The historic establishment is celebrating Christmas with a unique pastry creation in collaboration with Fouquet’s Dubai.
