The dining experience at Beluga restaurant and Lounge is sure to entice all your senses. Featuring a selection of international flavours, the menu includes freshly made pastas, sushi, and a variety of pizzas. Signature dishes include Truffle Linguine, Seafood Fettuccine, Bresaola and Burrata Pizza, Truffle Pizza, Spiced Octopus, Angus Beef Tartar and Grilled Seabass to name a few. The menu also features sushi including California Maki and Salmon Maki Ikura. The new menu also includes an assortment of dessert options such as Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Discovery. The classic and Beluga favourite dishes will continue to be featured including the restaurant’s signature Golden Cigar made from Salmon, Truffle Cream and House Caviar and the Tsarine Potato, an all-time favourite made from Traditional Baked Baby Potatoes, Sour Cream and Russian Oscietra. The menu also includes a RawBar section and Caviar Tasting.

The restaurant is home to the original Izzo Forni Scugnizzo Napoletano Oven, sourced from the traditional Italian company that is been known for its electric dome ovens since 1951. Highly efficient and made from the best materials, this pizza oven is the perfect world class companion for the upscale gastronomy. Guests can choose from a variety of handmade pizzas such as Imperial Salmon Pizza, The Beluga pizza, Truffle pizza, Bresaola & burrata pizza, Arrabiata pizza and the classic Margherita pizza.
Afternoon Tea
Beluga Restaurant & Lounge serves an afternoon tea menu daily from 2-6pm, offering a range of exquisite delicacies for food lovers. The globally inspired menu, priced at AED 220 includes sweet and savoury treats, and the Beluga signature caviar for those looking for an added indulgence. With a choice of four savoury and four sweet snacks, including mouth-watering crab tart and freshly baked blueberry muffins, there is something for every taste. Other treats on the menu include Salmon Blinis, Salmon Rillette and Vol Au Vent Mushrooms for the vegetarians. For sweets, Financiers, Chocolate Tart and Macarons will be sure to please, all made with love by the team’s talented pastry chefs.

Beluga Restaurant and Lounge is a brainchild of Ali Mahmoudi who is also the owner of Gourmet House Caviar; It offers gastronomes and fellow caviar lovers a taste of rare indulgence. Every dish on the menu is expertly prepared using the finest quality ingredients and is brought to you by Sturgeon breeders with ancestral history of over 50 years. The highly knowledgeable and trained team from Beluga will guide guests through their caviar choices and will educate them about the history and culinary journey of Gourmet House Caviar.
